🐼ADHD with two years running with this specific digital download system on my iPad. It does work. It is my auxiliary brain and keeps me on track. I also have all the happy planner items and love them. I use the half classic size with full size classic pages folded over to hide details as my running around notes and important medical information (chronic illness journey). I use the largest sized metal discs but it works. Bite sizing big tasks is helping me. Checklists and check-in rewards is helping me keep my life in check so I can go have fun without the background worrying and noise giving me anxiety that I forgot something important. I have a way to hit the correct waypoints in a week or month. It is working. Please try this digital download or print it. It actually really works for me! 🐼

I have been trying to find a physical therapy tracker. For someone who is receiving physical therapy for an injury and should be tracking their exercises and symptoms/responses to PT each day.

Hi Lauren, I wish you a good break. Wow, you are busy! Take time for yourself. An idea is to actually use your planner. I write appointments in my Happy Planner and things I'd like to get done, but it sits closed. How do we make it a habit to use it? Thank you so much! Look forward to seeing you in August.

So, I have one little problem with the labels. Every now and every now and then, water will get into the label case and get the label wet, which ruins the lable. I do push my bracelets up my arm as far as I can when I'm running water, but it still happens. I don't have a laminator, so that's out. Do you have any suggestions? Other than that, this has been the greatest focus tool I've tried yet. I can't say enough about how it's helped me ❤

Oh! I LOVE your decor! This is exciting for me actually because I love Fall. I don't like putting lots of turkeys though. Just seems wrong... So fall scheme with harvest items and the cute Target birds is a chef's kiss for me.
